Yes, briefly. Before we build, you add your details in your portal and confirm the business and website are yours. To launch on your own web address, you may need to sign in once to where your domain is registered, and we'll walk you through it. After that, you don't need to edit anything yourself.

Fast. Once your details are in and you've paid your deposit, your first draft is usually ready within the hour. Have a current website or Google listing? We can look you up first, so there's less to type. Starting from scratch? A few easy questions cover it. Polishing it and launching depends on your site and how quickly you review. Any timeline we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Up to five full rounds of revisions. Send each round as one list and we'll make all of those changes together. Fixing anything we got wrong never counts as a round. New pages or features are quoted separately, and after launch, small updates are covered by your care plan.

We can't promise that, and nobody honest can guarantee leads, rankings or traffic. What we do promise: a modern site that shows your services, hours and contact details clearly on a phone, plus an easy way to keep it current.

We're best for local and service-area businesses that need a clear, good-looking site they can keep current. We're not the right choice for franchises and chains, big online stores, custom web apps, or anyone shopping for guaranteed leads. We work remotely, so where you're located is rarely a problem.

No redesign costs less than $249. Bigger or more complex sites cost more, based on the job. The rebuild matches roughly the size of your current site, and extra pages or features are quoted separately. You always get a clear quote before you pay anything.

First you add your details, and we can look you up to save you typing. When you're ready to see your first draft, you pay a 50% deposit and we start building. The balance is due after you approve, before your new site goes live. You pay both in your portal, and payments run securely through Stripe. If you don't love the redesign and reject it before launch, your deposit comes back.

To keep your site online with us, yes. The redesign fee pays for building your site, not for keeping it online forever. Keeping it online is included with any care plan (from $9.99 a month), or with Host-only ($6.99 a month), which keeps it online without changes. Want to move your site somewhere else? Ask us for a copy of your site files.

Changes to details on pages you already have: hours, specials, prices, photos, staff and short text. New pages and bigger redesigns are quoted separately. Unused updates don't roll over to the next month.

By chat or email on every care plan, and by text on the Storefront care plan or higher. Describe the change in everyday words, like “add our holiday hours” or “swap the top photo.” Each request becomes one ticket, so nothing gets lost.

Only when you're happy with it. When you send a request, we set aside one update from your plan, make the change, and ask if it looks right. It's used once you confirm, or automatically if we don't hear back within 72 hours (we'll nudge you at about 24). Until then, we keep revising the same ticket at no extra cost. Questions we ask before the first change don't count, and if you cancel the request before we make it, nothing is used.

Tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it on the same ticket at no extra cost. After that, send it as a new request. And if we got something wrong, we fix it on us, without using another update.

Yes. You own the custom work we build for your business, and your web address stays yours. While you're on a care plan, on Host-only, or in the grace period after cancelling, you can ask for an export of your site files at no charge.

Care ends at the close of your billing period, and updates stop then. Your site stays live for 30 days with no edits. In that window you can renew, switch to Host-only, or take your files elsewhere. A failed payment is treated the same way while you sort out billing. If nothing changes after the 30 days, we may take the site offline and keep an archive for 90 days in case you come back. Your web address stays yours, though you may need to update its settings.

Host-only keeps your site online with us for $6.99 a month. It doesn't include chat, texting or edits. Need changes again? Move back to a care plan anytime.

No. Cancelling care doesn't refund the redesign fee for a finished, launched site. The deposit refund applies only if you reject the redesign before launch.
